I’m Lucile, 30 years old, and passionate about movement and mindful living.
I first discovered yoga as a way to restore balance, through movement and then as a powerful tool to calm my mind and strengthen my body.
Today, I teach a fluid, dynamic, and supportive style of yoga that blends mobility, strength, and body awareness.

Certified in Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga (House of Om, Bali)
Trained in Pilates Matwork 1 & 2 (CAP Formation, France)
Continuously evolving through functional training and my own dedicated practice
I guide each student to progress at their own pace, without pressure, in a welcoming and motivating environment.
